Hey LeMoine Family Kitchen readers, I’m so excited to be guest posting. I’m Alex, I write and create over at AlexHaralson.com. I have two little boys, 4 and 2, and a sweet little girl who is now 6 months. I love DIY projects, crafts, organizing, and natural cleaning. Here are some of my posts you might enjoy.
Today I’m here sharing a family favorite recipe with you guys. Do you have one of those go-to recipes that you know everyone will love? (or almost everyone – 2 year olds don’t count, right?) This is one of mine. Oddly enough I haven’t made it in a while and when I was meal planning a little while ago, I came across it and was excited to make it again. And the best part is that it is soooo easy and it’s yummy.
Ritz and Rosemary Chicken
-4-6 Chicken breasts
-1 tube of Ritz crackers
-1 tube of Ritz crackers
-about 4 Tablespoons of butter
-dried RosemaryFirst, melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl.

In another bowl, crush the crackers pretty finely.
Dip each chicken breast in the butter then in the crackers.
Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with rosemary to your likingBake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
What is your go-to dish?
I’d love to connect with you!

Yum! This looks so delicious! I make a similar recipe but dip the chicken in yogurt instead of butter. The rosemary sounds so good!
