Pizza lovers! Today me and my little guys headed to the Grand Opening of Blaze Pizza in Clark NJ for a special sneak peek just before they opened up for business. Have you all ever heard of Blaze Pizza? I hadn’t until just a couple of weeks ago and man am I glad I was invited to check it out. Whats important to me when I go out… fresh ingredients, freshly made and delicious food. Thats exactly what we found today. oh and tomorrow, FREE PIZZA DAY at this location so you are definitely going to want to stop by! 

You may be thinking, oh its just another chain restaurant and I challenge you on that, this one stands on its own. There are no heating lamps here with pizza just hanging out this is made to order just for you! When you walk in, the atmosphere is great. Large industrial look with the colors of what else but fire..,very fitting since all the pizzas are cooked in a super hot fire pizza oven.

Blaze Pizza makes their dough in house, its is allowed to proof for 24 hours before use. We all know how important a good crust is and this one turns out thin, crisp and tasty! Its freshly pressed for you in that fun machine right there in red into the perfect thin round.

From there you can choose from one of their Signature Pizzas created by Chef Brad Kent like the Art Lover which is what I ordered. It was topped with ricotta, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, chopped garlic and dollops of tomato sauce. Or you can go the route the boys chose, the Build Your Own Pizzas where you can choose your sauce and all the toppings you want. I absolutely LOVE this idea! Its interactive, it allows you to be the master of your own creation and you can go for anything from healthy veggie packed to meat lovers dream! I actually love that there is a calorie count on shown for every ingredient, its a great way to keep it healthy if you want.

 

Besides the food, heres one this that I really LOVE… they offer Fundraising Events! You can go right online and set it up, it is so incredibly easy! You get flyers out, they bring them to the Blaze Pizza location of your choice and with every purchase a percentage goes right to your cause. This is a great one for schools Dine to Donate events.
