You guys, I love entertaining especially as the warmer weather starts to roll in. What I don’t love is spending a small fortune to create a delicious and easy spread. In comes my go to when it comes to entertaining our friends and family… BJs Wholesale Club! I’ve been a member for years now and it truly makes a difference for us. With all our savings on everything from school snacks to fresh produce to home goods to fresh meats and so much more I am able to save our money for family fun!

If you have been following along here for some time you may have caught our family tradition around the holidays. We decided about 7 years ago that rather then giving gifts to the grown ups in the family that we would make a donation to a special cause. I came across a package of All Natural Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers and thought they would be a perfect appetizer because who doesn’t love a potsticker?! I wanted to serve a dipping sauce along with the one provided and decided on a Sweet Chili Sauce. The sauce couldn’t be easier with just 4 very basic ingredients! Can I tell you, these things didn’t stand a chance they were such a big hit!

 The potstickers were so easy to cook up and the sauce is a perfect pairing! I mixed sweet chili sauce, light mayo, a little soy sauce and fresh snipped scallions. Thats it! Does it get any easier?!?! Who says that throwing a great get together has to be a lot of work? Oh and my kiddos are already asking when I’m making these Potstickers with a Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce again.

Potstickers with a Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 bag Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers
  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • a palm full of snipped scallion
Instructions
  1. Cook the potstickers according to the package.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the dipping sauce ingredients.
  3. Serve the hot potstickers with the sweet chili sauce and the provided sauce {I did jazz it up with a little grated garlic and scallion}.
