Loaded Nacho Bites

September 26, 2017 by Angela LeMoine 15 Comments

Today I’m sharing a really EASY recipe for Loaded Nacho Bites but more importantly I’m working to spread the word about the Spot the Seal initiative to help the recent hurricane victims. I am just heart broken watching the news lately and wondering how I can help those affected by the hurricanes in Florida & Texas. I was so excited to find a really simple way to make a difference and wanted to share that with all of you!

Loaded Nacho Bites. Tailgating season is here and these are the perfect little bites & vegetarian too!!! {ad} #SealsForGood
Football season is here and that means really awesome party snacks like these Loaded Nacho Bites!! So easy my kids helped make them … before devouring the ENTIRE plate! These are vegetarian friendly and really so simple that there aren’t really any measurements. Its totally customizable which is what I LOVE about cooking. Want to add meat? Go for it! Want them to be spicy? Add some chopped jalapeño. Either way, these are going to fly off the plate!

The finishing touch to these Loaded Nacho Bites is Mexican Crema made with Real California Milk. See that Real California Milk seal? You can help those affected by the hurricanes by simply finding that seal on your favorite dairy products and share them on social media with #SealForGood! Real California Milk will donate $5 to the Great American Milk Drive (up to $20,000) to help families affected by hurricane Harvey and Irma in Texas and Florida & no purchase is necessary.

Real California Milk is all about providing wholesome dairy- nothing overly processed or complicated. You can find this seal on your favorite butters, milks, yogurts, cheeses, ice creams and more. For many children and families who face hunger, even basic staples like milk may be missing. The Great American Milk Drive, in partnership with Feeding America, has delivered more than 1 million gallons of milk to food banks across the country since 2014 to help families get the nutrients they need. HELP NOW!

So while you’re out snapping pictures to help those affected by the recent hurricanes, go ahead and grab some Mexican Crema and make these! When I brought the dish out to mat kids they asked what they were and I told them… my 8 year old responded with “oh cool so everything is on one chip and you don’t have to dig for beans or guac?”. Exactly kiddo! No bare chips, no fighting over the chips with the most of your favorite topping… these Loaded Nacho Bites have everything right there!
