I am completely in LOVE with Pinterest! I admit that i’m pretty bummed that it wasn’t around pre buying a house, getting married and having a baby! There are some incredible ideas on there and hey, it lets me day dream a bit about my dream kitchen!
And here is is… I am in love with everything about this kitchen!!! My kitchen right now has medium dark wood cabinets and black granite counter top… you can see that I’d going to the opposite extreme in my dream home! Love love love the brightness of the white cabinets and the paint color is gorgeous!!
Now, how fantastic are these pull outs!! I can’r even imagine being able to actually SEE everything without spinning a lazy susan round and round. These are the perfect solution! Think of how many fewer times i’d lose spices to the back of the cabinet!!
This is pretty fantastic as well!! A hidden walk in pantry! Oh yes, this is heaven!
Aaaahhhhh and then a hidden space for cleaning supplies! Right now I have to go into the garage to get my broom and lets just say the cabinet under the sink is quite the disaster!
One more thing on my wish list… a butler pantry! I worked briefly in a bed and breakfast in a very old home and I loved the butler pantry. What a great place to have your special dishes, glasses and best entertaining stuff!!! I wouldn’t want mine shoved into a corner like in this picture but you get the idea.
Well. there you go! If I had it my way I’d have a perfect kitchen… double wall ovens (now that I have two ovens I have NO idea what to do with only one!), a hidden spot for a microwave, a hidden enormous pantry, maybe a hidden wine cooler, specialty cabinetry to perfectly fit everything from oils to spices to pots, pans and all my gadgets!!! One can dream…..
Oh and can’t forget, this will all be inside my dream home…

What I love about kitchens that have a shade of white is that they are very easy to look at. Also, white gives a feeling of calmness and a vision of cleanliness. All of these kitchens are stunning, but there’s only one description that will best summarize them – bright and inviting. Oh, we’re on the same boat, Angela! I do love white kitchens because they’re so refreshing to the sight. Actually, I’m planning to renovate ours into a white-themed kitchen this year. :]
