This year we went low key with a pj party! Here are some pics from the night.
Of course theres the food!!! YUM!!!! I certainly ate far too much!
Fruit & Cheese Platter Curry Chicken Skewers

Homemade Perogies- seriously amazing!!!! Ill def be sharing the recipe (slightly different then the one I had posted that I said I’d be following- I made a few alterations)!

Asian Style Meatballs– these are amazing!!! Roasted Red Pepper Bean Dip

Lentil & Beef Soup – Ring in the New Year with the good luck of lentils!

Mashed Potato Cakes ( I had some left over filling from the perogies so I fried it up!) YUM!

After organizing my junk drawer because it was making her nuts… heres Jen decorating her gorgeous and delicious lime cupcakes with blackberry buttercream!

And then theres us….
Wouldn’t be a holiday gathering with my family without a little gambling! I was the big winner at 7 1/2 (its like the Italian version of blackjack) with a big $16!

PJs are so much more comfy then getting dolled up!!!

Of course there has to be champagne too! I didn’t break anything or hit anyone YAY!

We broke out the Lenox from when we got married! And keeping with our tradition, chips and dip at midnight! I mean what goes better with Champagne then Hellva Good Dip?!?!?!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
