Cinco De Mayo Menu

May 2, 2013 by Angela LeMoine 1 Comment

Just a few days until that fabulous holiday where we all pretend to be Mexican for a day! Sure you can make a reservation at your favorite Mexican restaurant… but why not have some family and friends over for some delicious homemade Mexican and some beer!?!?! Mexican happens to be a favorite cuisine of mine, and no I don’t mean the Taco Bell type (sorry if you are a fan!)… I mean the really fresh flavors and that comforting feeling behind the food! Here are some fantastic ideas for your Cinco De Mayo Menu!!
Heres some of my favorites!!!

A woman after my own heart. Mexican is probably my most favorite ethnic cuisine, too. Here is a recipe for you to look at: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/shrimp-salsa/detail.aspx It’s one of my published recipes and it’s a hit at every party that I’ve ever taken it to and there’s never a scrap of leftovers. Great blog post, Angela…I really enjoyed reading this!
