I got the most incredible message on Monday, that my Caprese Chicken Burger was a finalist to be featured on The Rachael Ray Show!!! Heart pounding excitement just about sums up how I felt after speaking to one of the coordinators from the show. Just last month I had the honor of being part of the audience for the Super FoodBowl episode and now this, wow!

 Well, the excitement is now through the roof!!! I got the email today, that my burger is going to be featured on the show! AHHHH!!!!! Stay at home mom, zumba instructor, food blogger… a picture of my food is going to be on National TV! Thats so crazy and amazing!!

When to check it out?

Wednesday February 19th!!!  If you are in the NY/NJ area thats on channel 7 at 10 am so watch, set the DVR and be on the lookout for this beauty…

Ok, don’t laugh but with all my excitement and nerves when Jessica the coordinator calls, I have no idea what this is all for and forgot to find out. I know I had to use the has tag #GEats…. associated with GE Appliances! Either way, I can’t wait to tune in and see it on TV!
