Lean Green Smoothie {with Pineapple, Banana, Spinach & Vanilla Yogurt} | LeMoine Family Kitchen #healthy #smoothie #greensmoothie

Today was my first day of a 12 week half marathon training program. Yes, I ran in a snow storm this morning, it was interesting for sure! When I got home I made this delicious Lean Green Smoothie with Pineapple, Banana, Spinach & Vanilla Yogurt. I absolutely love a good smoothie and this one was especially tasty! They are a great way to get a whole lot of veggies and fruits in to fuel your body.

While I love my Peanut Butter, Banana & Chia Smoothie, its not exactly vitamin packed like this Lean Green Smoothie. I plan on making this one a daily thing, it was so tasty, refreshing and energizing after my run. We all have been told time and time again about the importance of starting your day off right and this smoothie will definitely get you started on the right foot.

OOo! Great ingredients – loving the pineapple. I made a kale smoothie this a.m., but think I used too much kale! I look forward to trying this!
