I think I may have saved the best for last for our 5 Ingredient Meals Week! One Pot Mac & Cheese is easy, creamy and so good! Mac & cheese is such a classic American dish; from childhood all the way through adulthood! Whats not to love about pasta coated in a creamy cheesy sauce?!?! This One Pot Mac & Cheese is a big ole pot of comfort food and it really comes together so easily. This right here is a great weeknight meal for the whole family.
If you can boil water then you can make this One Pot Mac & Cheese with ease. So whats in this dish? Elbow pasta, milk, cheddar, butter and chives. A little seasoning of salt and pepper and you’ve got yourself this delicious meal. This is pretty much just as easy as opening up a box but so much better. No artificial flavors, colors or who knows what else. My kids give this one a big thumbs up and I hope you love it too!
- 1 lb box elbow pasta
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 cups 2% or whole milk {measure out before boiling your pasta water to take out the chill}
