I think I may have saved the best for last for our 5 Ingredient Meals Week! One Pot Mac & Cheese is easy, creamy and so good! Mac & cheese is such a classic American dish; from childhood all the way through adulthood! Whats not to love about pasta coated in a creamy cheesy sauce?!?! This One Pot Mac & Cheese is a big ole pot of comfort food and it really comes together so easily. This right here is a great weeknight meal for the whole family.

If you can boil water then you can make this One Pot Mac & Cheese with ease. So whats in this dish? Elbow pasta, milk, cheddar, butter and chives. A little seasoning of salt and pepper and you’ve got yourself this delicious meal. This is pretty much just as easy as opening up a box but so much better. No artificial flavors, colors or who knows what else. My kids give this one a big thumbs up and I hope you love it too!

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water, but only for half the cooking time suggested on the box {each brand may vary a little}.
  2. Drain and place pack in pot over low heat.
  3. Add in the butter and milk. Once the milk is warmed stir in the cheddar and continue stirring until smooth and creamy.
