Olive & Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Ball

December 29, 2015 by Angela LeMoine Leave a Comment

Olive & Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Ball | LeMoine Family Kitchen . A super easy and delicious appetizer! Serve with crackers or crostini at any party and it will be a huge hit!!

I have one of the easiest appetizers ever for you today, an Olive & Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Ball!! You guys, I made this for Christmas and everyone loved it! There are a whopping 4 ingredients and it takes minutes to make. Cream cheese is mixed with chopped olives and sun dried tomatoes; formed into a ball. Once chilled a bit simply roll the cheese ball in snipped chives. Serve it up with crostini or crackers and thats it! Everyone will love the fabulous flavors in this easy appetizer!

I do wish I got a better picture of this but I was in such a rush to get everything ready in time for the family to come over that all I got was this quick picture I snapped with my phone. Anyhow… Cream cheese is the perfect base for this, its mild in flavor, creamy and works perfectly for this savory appetizer. The olives and sun dried tomato add so much flavor that you don’t need to add anything else to it. Just to add that mild onion flavor and that pop of green, the chives are a perfect finishing touch! And hey, have leftovers just smear this on a bagel! SO GOOD!!
