I love a good party appetizer and this Baked Spinach & Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy and absolutely delicious. The perfect party appetizer that everyone is going to love! Serve with sliced baguette, chips or crackers. This is easy to throw together, all mixed in a food processor, baked until golden and bubbly.

Over the years of blogging I have made MANY dishes with the combo of spinach and artichoke like my Spinach Artichoke Puff Party Cups, Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Shells and Spinach Artichoke Quiche. It is easily one of my favorite flavor combinations and it works especially well in this dip. What makes this so incredibly delicious? A perfect blend of cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, artichoke hearts, spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated pecorino cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
