I picked up a cute gift basket and filled it with basket filling as a base. From my local Home Goods I picked up these great Italian items- a gorgeous bottle of olive oil, pesto, two different sauces, pasta, bruschettini, dish towels and a spoon rest. The holidays are such a busy time and with this basket you can throw a lovely meal together for the family. For that element of fun and the chance to win I created a couple ways to incorporate NJ Lottery Scratch Offs!

I wanted to make a wreath of the $1 Holiday Luck NJ Lottery Scratch Offs. I used a sturdy piece of red paper and used a large and small bowl to make the shape of the wreath to cut out. I then added a small piece of tape to the back of tickets (be sure not to go over the barcode) and placed them around the paper.

I then used a piece of the scrap paper to attach a few of the larger tickets. I attached wooden skewers to the back of the paper so I could easily add them to the gift basket and have them stand tall in the back.

Its easy to get overwhelmed during the holidays and you sort of forget to slow down and enjoy this fun season. Gift baskets are a great way to show friends and family how much you appreciate them and are so customizable. I made this one for a wonderful friend of mine and I know for sure she is going to just love it! My friends and family LOVE the scratch-offs, especially the holiday themed ones!
