So friends what are all of you doing this Saturday, August 16th? I know exactly where i’ll be! I am so incredibly excited to be able to share this fantastic upcoming event with you, the 1st Annual “Truck”erton Food Truck & Brew Fest!!! You DO NOT want to miss this one! If you have been following along for a bit then you know that I am a huge lover of food festivals, especially those that feature gourmet food trucks! Not only will there be a dozen awesome food trucks but you’ll be able to wash it all down with some of the best brews in the craft beer garden. All that while enjoying live music… doesn’t get much better then that!

Ahh La Cart: More than just a hot dog truck, Ahh La Cart serves up the area’s finest street foods made with vegetables fresh from the farm and breads that are baked fresh daily

Chillin’ Out: Fun frozen novelties and creamy soft serve ice cream

Oink & Moo BBQ: Mouth-watering BBQ inspired by pit masters throughout the South such as barbecued brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. Meats are smoked low and slow over distinctive hickory, cherry, and apple woods right on the truck
Waffle De Lys: Unique waffle cart serving up authentic Belgian waffles and savory waffles. Try the Belgian waffles made with pearl sugar lightly caramelized on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. I cannot wait to visit the Tuckerton Seaport for this food lovers event! Living only an hour away, I don’t know why I’ve never actually been but i’m really excited to spend the day there with the family! Located in the heart of historic Tuckerton with charming shops and restaurants, this one-of-a-kind attraction the Jersey Shore’s maritime traditions of the past and present to life through people, exhibits and hands-on activities.
So basically, its going to be a FANTASTIC day filled with good fun, music, food and brews! I hope to see some of you there {You’ll likely be able to find me somewhere between cheese curds and dessert belgian waffles, oh my!!!}. This Saturday, August 16th from 11am to 7pm!

Cathy, we are definitely lucky… there seems to be more and more of these events popping up locally lately. I know where to start a food truck revolution I guess {you know when i hit the lottery to do so}… Phoenix here I come 😉
