Green Power Smoothie Bowl | LeMoine Family Kitchen . Start your morning with this delicious, green power packed smoothie bowl! Kale, spinach, pineapple and coconut milk make this the perfect vegan friendly, clean eating breakfast!

Have you all tried smoothie bowls yet? They are a GREAT way to start your morning! Not only are they delicious but this Green Power Smoothie Bowl is packed with good for you fruits and veggies! I mean look at those colors, is that bowl of goodness not just gorgeous! And you know what they say, you eat with your eyes first… so there is no doubt that taking a peek at this doesn’t just get those tastebuds going. I definitely find that when I start my morning off in a healthy way I feel more energized and make better eating decisions throughout the day.

Green Power Smoothie Bowl | LeMoine Family Kitchen . Start your morning with this delicious, green power packed smoothie bowl! Kale, spinach, pineapple and coconut milk make this the perfect vegan friendly, clean eating breakfast!

The base of this Green Power Smoothie Bowl is really simple; kale, spinach, frozen pineapple, banana and unsweetened coconut milk are blended until smooth. For a pop of color, added texture and more good for ya stuff I went ahead and topped this one off with a little granola, fresh sliced strawberries and of course the powerhouse chia seeds. Oh, about a week ago I made a Peach Smoothie Bowl, have you checked that one out yet? As you can tell, I am pretty hooked on these smoothie bowls! Let your imagination go with these, the flavor combinations are endless but definitely keep in mind whats going in and on top so that you don’t over do it on sugar.
