Whats Wine Chateau? Well, I’d never heard of them until just a few weeks ago and I am glad I know now. They have a few store fronts in NJ & they have an incredible online shop as well and just about everything is at a discount! I’ll be posting a recipe next week for Pot Roast, Moms Way that is seriously phenomenal and what helps make the sauce so delicious, wine! So, not only did I enjoy sipping the Hess Select Treo but I also used it in the pot roast! This particular wine is a 2010 Winemakers Blend and i’d consider it a great intro to red wine. It is milder and less dry then many red wines and smooth going down. This pairs wonderfully with red meats and hearty poultry and seafood dishes.
