The Ultimate Grilled Cheese {4 Cheeses, Bacon & Leeks}

October 9, 2014 by Angela LeMoine 35 Comments

The Ultimate Grilled Cheese {4 Cheeses, Bacon & Leeks} | LeMoine Family Kitchen #rumianocheese #grilledcheese #sandwich #easy #bacon

The grilled cheese sandwich is no longer simply a childhood memory, oh no no no!!! This right here, this is The Ultimate Grilled Cheese!!! What makes this sandwich so special… well everything about it!!! Theres the bread, a panini sourdough that crisps up perfect. Then there is is the all natural crisp bacon, leeks and garlic that is sautéed right in the bacon fat and that cheese, that cheese is where it gets really exciting…. it is a grilled CHEESE after all! I used a blend of 4, yes 4 Organic, Non-GMO Rumiano Cheeses! Monterey Jack, Colby, Cheddar and Mozzarella and the result was divine!!! ***Rumiano Cheese Giveaway too!!***

A little fact for ya, did you know that October is Non-GMO month?? A celebration of the companies that go above and beyond to provide us with the nothing but the highest quality of products… that my friends includes Rumiano Cheeses! They were the very first Non-GMO Organic Cheeses! Fact: “Our cheese is made using the highest quality Kosher and Non-GMO ingredients. We use organic-approved microbial coagulant instead of animal rennet, making our cheeses lacto-vegetarian safe. Natural sea salt is used for flavor. All of the milk used in Rumiano cheese comes from cows that are free of antibiotics, free of artificial hormones, and free of pesticides and herbicides.” {Rumiano Cheese website}.

I LOVE the transparency and I LOVVEEEE their cheeses!!!! I want to be able to give my family the best and products that I know are safe and healthy! I am so happy to have found this company! Now lets get you entered into this giveaway!!!
