Hold onto your hats friends! Today I am sharing my ULTIMATE Cheesy Garlic Bread! I am telling you, you will not be able to stop yourself from devouring a whole lot of bread with this one!! I used a sourdough baguette, I love the flavor or sourdough and there are some health benefits to it as well. A mixture of butter, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder and tons of fresh parsley soak into the bread. If that weren’t enough I topped with with shredded mozzarella as well as grated pecorino romano! This is bread heaven!
Monday night I decided to go all out Italian Sunday dinner {ya know, a day late} and garlic bread was a MUST! Can I just tell you, the smell coming out of your kitchen while this Cheesy Garlic Bread is in the oven is AMAZING!!! While I served it alongside spaghetti, meatballs and eggplant rollintini… well this bread would also make for the perfect base to a warm meatball or eggplant sandwich! Is the mouth drooling? Yea, me too!
Oh and I certainly cannot forget to tell you about my new GORGEOUS cutting board seen in the pictures! I was recently contacted by Mastro Co. to see if I’d be interested in trying one of there beautifully crafted kitchen tools and I of course said YES!! I love traditions and companies that are steeped in them. Nicely done and I want all the bread!

It’s so important to pass those traditions on. I want to make Sunday’s extra special for the boys as soon as we are in our home
